Dashboard drop downs. I wish we could toggle from % to %

Zenput solves the misses in task completion as well as helps us create quality questions.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to navigate crunchtime its super simple, easy to use. It saves me a lot of work and it is very beneficial when you are in a hurry. I like the main page how it shows all the numbers in the first page. Saves you time when your not constantly looking for the info that you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing bad to say about crunchtime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crunchtime makes it super simple to create a schedule for my business. It helps control the amount of money we spend on labor and helps me see what we are spending on labor and helps so I dont spend too much.
What do you like best about the product?
Crunchtime is an awesome platform all of our stores use for inventory, labor, etc. It makes it easy for us to keep our stores organized and functioning at our highest capacity.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a few issues with data importing and exporting, but knowing it is on the roadmap this year gives us hope for more functionality!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps the restaurants organized and allows up to oversee their operations at a corporate level but using reporting.
In terms of how technology has really helped us become more agile in the current environment, I think it's made it possible for us to navigate this well. We were already working on a few things, Zenput being one, geofencing being another so we know when our customers are coming, make it easier for curbside delivery. But really, Zenput, for our corporate stores especially, was helpful in that we were able to roll out wellness checks very quickly and our cleaning checklists specifically for the pandemic so that way they can go through and thoroughly check things in the store and make sure they were cleaned properly. That helped out. And then just the things that we were already doing, just reinforced it. We really take pride in being clean and safe, and so the checklists and things that we were using already in Zenput really helped complement all those things.
When we first started with Crunchtime, our food variance from actual to theoretical cost was between 6% and 10%. Today, food variance is under 3% and beverage variance is under 2% across almost all concepts. By perfecting recipe implementation and line builds, Crunchtime empowered us to pinpoint losses and optimize operations, resulting in significantly better costs and a stronger business.
With Zenput's robust bulk upload features, my time managing shelf life and labels has been significantly reduced, allowing me to focus on other priorities.
Since implementing Crunchtime, we can track improvements on critical ingredients at the ingredient level, identify areas for improvement, reduce spending on these ingredients, and increase the yield we serve to our guests.
What do you like best about the product?
Crunchtime is like a onetime shop for foodservice. It is easy, has useful resources for trouble shooting and is clear on best practices to take care of all issues with labor and food cost. Eliminates alot of the paper we used in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to learn everything there is about the tool. What I dont know I dont use therefor I might be missing valuable information that we can help with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently controlling food cost and manageing forecasted sales bast of last four weeks, which then lets us schedule accordingly so that we are not over spending labor dollars.
What do you like best about the product?
I love Crunchtime due to the fact that you have all of your information in 1 place. With being a university, we have several programs that we work with. At least with CT, it's all there in one place. It makes what I do easier to organize.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really my only complaint about Crunchtime is Biz IQ. It is not a friendly program and it is not easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to post multiple locations from one spot is genius. Again, in the university setting, we have 52 locations that we manage and currently I have to manage them by location. Our locations do not always do what we ask them to do.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and visibility in variance issues by product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to go back and adjust waste entries that were entered incorrectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crunchtime is solving for an inventory management system - we previously used in house so CT has more features and visibility.
I don’t know how restaurants do it without Crunchtime in any level of efficiency.
Crunchtime Ops Execution has given us a window into day-to-day operations. I log into Crunchtime Ops Execution and get a snapshot of what every restaurant is doing. It's just been such a great addition to our operation.
The thing I like about the labor through Crunchtime is you can achieve everything that you want to. If you just set the goal, Crunchtime does the rest. It pretty much puts the guess game out of anything. One of my favorite things to do is look at today's matrix, and it can tell you hour to hour. Hey. We were up plus 2 last hour, and we need to cut this hour and try to make labor work for the rest of the day.
Since implementing Crunchtime, we have been able to track improvement on our critical ingredients from the ingredient level, knowing where our variance or improvements can be made, lowering the amount that we're spending on these ingredients overall, and increasing the yield that we can serve to our guests.
In our daily operation, we have seen a significant improvement in the quality of prior preparation of each store, compliance with basic steps for success in handling each shift, and elimination of critical errors that endanger our operation.
We're seeing a lot less overages on labor. It's still not a zero-sum gain, but at the same time, we're seeing those numbers get a lot closer to what we'd like them to be or to an accurate count.
The biggest benefit was time saving. Getting our cooks, chefs, and managers out of the office and out on the floor supporting the guests. Because Crunchtime was doing most of the heavy lifting when it came to administration work
When you break it down to to kind of a simple way to look at things, the the simple way you put information into Crunchtime, starting with purchasing, receiving, production, transfers, waste, inventory, brings consistency throughout a very complicated piece of business throughout the organization. So that's 1 thing I wanna touch on is this this just the way you use it and you use it well, it adds consistency in how you're gonna get your reporting, how you're gonna do your purchasing, adds a lot of value for those daily, weekly, monthly disciplines.
With using Crunchtime and Crunchtime Labor together, using a lot of our historical data, it allows you to reduce the amount of overstaffed and understaffed shifts just because it follows those trends and it allows you to keep people whenever you do need them.
The expectation on labor is we're plus or minus 5 hours per restaurant per week. Last year, we finished up over 2 hours per restaurant per week for the year. We did better than the company expectations
Crunchtime Ops Execution, I think, has been widely impactful in how we become more consistent, making sure that we're providing every single restaurant with the same tools to do every single day, and we're going to get a lot more consistency that way because they're all using and seeing the same thing.
