Zenput is one of the best tools to assist your business with accountability.

What do you like best about the product?

Zenput has made accountability as easy as the click of a button. It is extremely easy to assign tasks or projects. The reports that I recieve in my email every morning allows me to see what stores are struggling with routine tasks.

What do you dislike about the product?

Creating templates can be a daunting task. If someone has never created a task before it takes some trial and error. Aside from that the program is phenomenal.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Accountability is the biggest asset I get from Zenput. Compliance from new managers to make sure they are doing their job in a timely manner. Having a strong focus on achieving standards with the pictures.

Delivering Great Guest Experiences: An Interview with Chipotle

In our last business review with Zenput, we found that we’ve been able to improve our operational task completion rate to 85%. Our best-in-class performance can largely be attributed to clear, consistent communication around standards at every location.

How Culver’s Cuts Food Costs Across 900 Locations

Yes, absolutely. If it's not correct, then you've got franchisees, operators, and managers challenging the numbers out of the reports, and then you can lose confidence in the whole tool altogether. So, we knew that upfront we had to set up our inventory system right.

It was pretty busy, you know, I'm constantly updating manuals, having to update testing, so there's a lot of paper and printing and those types of things, and it's making life a little bit easier on updating things and stuff because then I don't have to go into 14 different files to do it. I can just update one file and just be able to have it go to everybody else. The content library has been very nice for some of our ongoing training and development because it has a lot of the compliance training in it, but it also has a lot of the soft skill training. So, you know, we like promoting within. We have a lot of shift leaders, and it's gonna be their first supervisory job, so we can get them some skills that will help them probably enhance their job a whole lot better or just make them a better person. You know, I've always been a believer that if you train somebody and they leave, okay, that's fine, but you know what, you're helping them with their career and their life, but go ahead and take advantage of it while you have them.

Chief People Officer

Life before was a mountain of books, paper, and impossible to keep up with. Every time we made a change, we had to figure out where the change was coming from, where it was going to, how it got there, and the multiple documents that it would end up in. A lot of bulkiness, a lot of prints, and a lot of cost. Our outcomes are tremendously better. We gauge tenure, retention, all of those pieces. But we also gauge growth from within, promotion from within. And we find that Crunchtime Learning directly helps ensure that our folks are on a path to go in the direction that they want to go. If they choose to stay and grow with us, 92% of our managers grow from within, from positions as a dishwasher on up. So for us, Crunchtime Learning has been terrific. Reality is that we're a small company. We have very limited resources. So the partnership has been wonderful in helping expand our own resources and be able to utilize talent and skills that we might not have tapped into that people can then give us direction and help on. Talent development is tremendous for what we do in terms of retention, in terms of keeping our employees engaged.

Tammika Pete
District Manager

With this input, we used it also as a cost saver as well. Our paper supplies have decreased by 47% just in my district. The productivity of managers in their stores, we've increased their production on the sales floor 10 to 15% where they can spend more time engaging with customers as well as their employees.

Steve Solis
VP, Culinary Operations

We are now seeing increases in our safety and sanitation, the quality of food.

Bill Story
VP of Training

Life before Crunchtime Learning... we have 17 different divisions throughout our dining organization so there was some siloing that was happening at that time, and we weren't able to get a central vision of what's happening not only for position training, but for compliance training. That really pulled together when we started off with Crunchtime Learning.

John Mawson
Director, Training & Supply Chain

From a labor and scheduling standpoint for the general manager specifically, being able to input their weekly forecast gives them an insight into their sales numbers. And using the scheduling templates, they know exactly how many team members they should have per hour, which is a great feature to help control labor in the restaurants. It has real time data we can use, and it's super beneficial for the restaurants now and the restaurants for the future.

Ken Victorick
Operations Zone Manager

Using Crunchtime Ops Execution has improved the customer experience from the standpoint of all the things we're able to do with it. You know, the accountability with the managers and the territory managers improving the store conditions through the inspections, able to see the issues that we need. In the past, it would have taken several weeks to get corrected. Now we can get them corrected in a matter of hours.

Bryce Renn
Vice President of Purchasing & Supply Chain

Being able to have access to data in a real time format was crucial. Crunchtime provided us the best option for the key components that different departments were looking for.

Lori Goldstrohm
VP, Operations

We were in a very reactionary mode, and needed a system to assist operators with holding their teams accountable, and that was a driving force toward Crunchtime Ops Execution. With Ops Execution, we went from reactionary to proactive.

George Sfetsas
Senior Manager, Purchasing and Analysis

At Miller’s Ale House, we are in business for our guests, and Crunchtime is an important tool for providing our guests with the best experience we can.

With Crunchtime Labor, team members walk into a shift knowing where they need to be and how they would fit in with the rest of the team.

David Swinford
Operations Systems Consultant

If we didn't have Crunchtime, people would probably be in a panic. They would probably go back to some of the old programs that they used. Probably see a lot of variances, probably see a lot of paper and pencil. They would have issues being profitable, so it would be pretty devastating.
