Amanda Vrabel
Manager, Business Management Systems

With Crunchtime Ops Execution, we needed a way to optimize both in-store and corporate teams' time while maintaining training and auditing task efficiencies. Now, our area directors can perform audits that are reported to corporate and visible to franchisees, eliminating the old pen-and-paper or clipboard checklist process. For example, tracking inventory like bread is now electronic instead of on a whiteboard. Managers can remotely review checklists submitted by in-store teams and follow up accordingly. This gives franchisees the ability to take action without always being in-store, empowering them to grow and expand their store footprint.

Simple Way for accountability

What do you like best about the product?

Monitoring over 100 stores is pretty difficult. I now have checklists that require photos of key elements going out 3-5 times day so I can observe and comment on anything that pops out. Within a year much has changed, so they listen to feedback.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing huge just minor bugs which get resolved quickly. Nothing is perfect but by the time something becomes a problem either I find a work around, or they are already working on a solution.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Accountability and cleanliness primarily.

Danielle Neal
Assistant Director, Business Systems

Everything's so fast-paced. We find that we don't really have a lot of time to spend for support calls, and it's super frustrating when you can't get the answers that you need. I love Crunchtime. I love the support that Crunchtime gives in terms of I can see show me how on the system, whatever page you're in, it brings you right to this is where you are. These are the topics. This is what it means. This is what you can do. Crunchtime really has a great interactive system to not have to make a phone call and to easily get the support you need in the moment.

We use Crunchtime's auto-forecasting and we have that set to year-over-year trend. Our top GMs will go in and adjust those if they know they have an event coming up or a big game, they'll make those tweaks to the schedule just so that it flows down not only to the scheduling piece, but also the Recommended Ordering and Recommended Prep levels.
