The customer service team has been outstanding. I call on a weekly basis when I run into production issues.

That certification courses are all in one day instead of spanning over a few days with the possibility of completing more certifications at the same Summit

Make life easier for my job and avoid OT.

AI features and deep dive; My reps are great and the CLE offerings match what I am looking for

Long lines for drinks; there is no enough break between CLEs so I end up rushing

What do you like best about the product?

Processing speed has been the best advantage in my day to day activities. Constantly working in multiple projects, the speed at which I can get work done allows me to complete a task and move on without having to go back and check on the status.

What do you dislike about the product?

Having to share things with co-workers for them to see something. Preferably, everything should be available to the case team with the option to limit viewing, if desired to keep private.

The product is incredibly inuitive for document review. New users can quickly get up to speed on the basics of the platform and begin reviewing quickly. Having the AI tools available should increase efficiencies and help case team get to the important documents and information.

This is a advanced tool that offers a wide range of helpful and exciting features. It is continually evolving and improving. The company is flexible and responds promptly to any issues raised by clients.

Overall, the program meets all our needs. However, in certain situations, the pricing models could be a bit more competitive.

Everlaw enables our legal teams to review documents in a highly efficient and effective manner. With Everlaw, attorneys are able to locate the most relevant documents more quickly.

The CSM was very responsive with training and questions. The platform itself is very intuitive and easy to use!

Still need to test the platform with large data set, but none at the moment

The simplicity of the front end is what originally sold me on the product, and I also appreciate the cutting edge backend, and the cautious pace on rollouts.

Not much honestly, it's best of breed in my opinion. There are a few quirks in the production suite regarding including family members.

Cost control, reliable cost, ease of use, and speed from processing to production all standout. Quick development on things like Chats, and a smart AI integration.

This platform is very user-friendly and makes it easy to onboard new users. The customer service is excellent, and it has saved our team a significant amount of time.

This product offers a wide range of features and functions. I only wish I had more time to explore and make use of everything it has to offer.

As a small team with limited paralegal support, we have found that Everlaw enables our attorneys to efficiently process large volumes of information during the discovery process. This has made managing discovery much more manageable for us.

The platform is exceptionally easy to use, and the extensive range of features it offers is unmatched. Furthermore, implementing the product is straightforward and highly user-friendly. The price is still higher compared to some other competitors.

The platform is very user friendly, and I think that folks who don't have much experience have an easy time learning basic functionality.

Everlaw helps us to quickly get to the key documents in a case. The predictive coding and multi-matter models were a game changer for us. They allowed us to efficiently perform a review in a cost-effective manner.

It makes it so that we can administer the project from start to finish. We don't have to wait on a vendor to complete the tasks because we have the ability to do it.

Very efficient, fast database. Easy to use. Keeps our litigation cases extremely organized from start to finish.

Maybe simpler search functions (but I still love them)

Keeping everything organized and in one place when trying case in arbitration.

I like how user friendly and feature rich the platform is for admins and reviewers. Attorney reviewers we work with really enjoy the platform and find it easy to navigate and promotes efficient review. Customer support is always quick to answer questions and always seem to be available.

What do you dislike about the product?

The only downside I have really encoutered is that Relativity users are usually not likely to have heard about the platform and are reluctant to try it. Also there are not as many third-party vendors supporting the platform if we needed extra project management or contract reviewer help. We are working on identiying vendors to help us with this issue should it become a problem for us.

The problem Everlaw is solving for our litigation team and me personally as an admin/user of the product is ease of collaboration within our law firm and collaboration outside of the firm. Prior to implementing Everlaw on our team, we struggled a bit with performance from the tool we were using. Everlaw has solved all of the issues we were having. The platform creates a lot of efficiencies and helps tremendously with workflows.

Ease of use for all user levels. Upload and processing speeds. Amazing support.

Literally nothing! I'm a total fangirl. If something isn't working or is problematic, or I have a "wish list" feature, it is given full attention.

E-discovery presents a range of challenges, especially when it comes to document processing. Managing large volumes of data and ensuring accurate, efficient handling of documents can be complex and time-consuming.

What do you like best about the product?

The platform is easy to use for users of all experience levels. When introducing new cases, the learning curve is minimal, making the implementation process straightforward. The customer support team is unmatched in it's expertise and availability.

What do you dislike about the product?

For clients who are particularly sensitive to costs, the price may present a significant barrier to entry.

Our firm uses Everlaw for eDiscovery review, specifically for large data cases.

What do you like best about the product?

Everlaw gives me the perfect amount of control over most all aspects of the database. I can set up specific review windows, document list layouts, codes, coding panels and more. What's more is the users themselves also have control over personalizing their experience with coding presets and views gives everyone the oppurtinity to maximize their reviewing capblities. The never-ending improvements, upgrades and additions based off of user input lets me know that Everlaw takes product feedback seriously and are constantly working to make their platform stand out.

What do you dislike about the product?

Having to add users by email everytime rather than having a bank of users to choose from, sometimes there are UI changes that I'm not a fan of and sometimes those changes cause certain aspects to not display correctly. No complaints about the perfomance.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

There is not one single application of Everlaw I can point to. Our firm uses it for case transfer reviews, internal document repositories, case reviews, I've used it as a supplement to other platforms as Everlaw has certain features built in that aren't available in other tools. Being able to quickly and easily identify foreign language documents and gettting a quick translation to find important documents, audio and video transcriptions that I can pull out for use for other applications. The list goes on and on, the only thing that limits the ability to use Everlaw is you imagination.

What do you like best about the product?

Everlaw is easier to use compared to other review systems. Its processes are integrated into the platform, so there’s less preparation required when running productions. I also find Storybuilder to be a useful feature, as it lets you develop your cases beyond simple document review.

What do you dislike about the product?

Navigating the searches and their setup on the main page can feel awkward, making it difficult to find a specific search. Personally, I find the tree folder method for searches to be much more efficient and user-friendly. It makes creating, viewing, and sharing searches with others who need access to certain documents much simpler.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Everlaw enables us to review and code documents both quickly and efficiently. Their ECA environment makes it easy to filter out non-responsive data. I also appreciate their data visualizer.

Its AI assistant is helpful for reviewing documents.

It provides less integration and customization options than its competitors, which can be a drawback for users seeking more flexibility.

I find it helpful for quick searching and filtering. Features such as email threading and predictive coding are also very useful.
