G2 reviews are part of my every day buying decisions, together with a number of other criteria that I use. G2 is making technology buying decisions less opaque and less vendor-driven, which overall contributes to procurement risk reduction.

I love the idea of being able to see what other users think about different applications. It's very interesting that G2 has almost 90% of the existing applications that are used regularly, so they have very good information to decide which software to choose.

I don't like the fact that it's not clear in its buttons and, in itself, in its interface.

It's really user friendly, there's a lot of support. When confused about anything Support is very easy to access. There are so many features it makes it easy to use it for anything, honestly.

Three aren't any dislikes as of yet. I've been very satisfied with the integration.

Making it easier to market. That's what we have a hard time doing but G2 marketing takes all of the hard work out.

G2 helps solve several key problems. Solves information overload when choosing software, Helps me compare and benchmark, Saves time and risk, Provides third-party validation and credibility .

One stop platform for all software features, insight and reviews with alternatives to select for. As well as the interface of g2 is so easy and if required any help can reach for customer help centre as well. Easy to run ads for promoting products as well.

Nothing so far. Just Ads management platform can be improved to effective ads account management.

After I submitted a review, I didn't receive the gift card as expected. I had to raise a support ticket to finally get it. While this was a minor disappointment, I wouldn't say it made me dislike the experience.

Sometimes there are so many opinions to read through, and a quick summary highlighting the main pros and cons would save a lot of time. It is not a dislike, but I would recommend that before deciding on the software it is important to see how many users have reviewed the software. Be cautious of getting influenced based on 1-2 feedback responses only. This only happens when the software is extremely new.

1. G2 helps me get a user view of a software. 2. It helps me find a "match" for my use-case of the software and see how other users are finding it in that area. 3. It brings out challenges that users face and may only be visible when you start using a software, e.g. difficult navigation, poor UI, slow speed, inadequate support, etc.

There are no downsides about the service. I do think it can be enhanced or developed to become even better if tools / options to customize the background color and/or text become available in the future. It helps those with a brand (like me) to further highlight the theme of the endeavor or work they desire to promote.
