What do you like best about the product?

This is helpful in allowing clients to pick the right products for them. G2 scores are extremely important when it comes to picking what is best for them. The ease of use and number of features is also a value add. Anytime I have a question, the customer support response time is very quick.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think everything with G2 is perfect. I do not have any complaints or adds.

G2 allows me to show my clients ratings/scores on product and helps make their decsions.

We have been using the platform for almost a year and the customer service is the best part. Our CSM, Lauren, is always ready to answer questions and provide honest feedback.

I wish the review campaign process was easier. It is hard to start a new campaign and the link is super long.

What I like the most about G2 are the Buyer Intent activities and the alternatives/competitors that a certain company is searching for. That makes my daily tasks easier because I know who should I contact. I also like to see the reviews that our customers do.

G2 could improve the information that is shown and digest it more.

G2 tells me which companies are searching for the products that my company sells and wich vendors/alternatives those companies search.

It goes into depth about the product or service you are using, which makes it a more credible review

Although the reviews are in depth, it's takes time to complete

G2 Marketing Solutions are easy to understand, navigate, and pull insights from. This tool helps me present value to other teams and leadership to make sure we're presented well online. We also have a great CSM who has been helping us along the way!

Sometimes, menus and icons glitch and disappear at random points. This doesn't affect the use of the tool, however.

This prodct helps us manage reviews, drive campaigns, and give us insight into what our customers are saying about us.

The tools are in place to easily generate a high number of reviews at a low cost.

I think the tools in place to catch AI reviews could use some fine tuning.

We use G2 to help establish our brand and by having positive review positioning compared to our competitors we can help leverge that during opportunites.

G2 Marketing Solutions have helped us to really build social proof with assets to promote across marketing channels vs just being a place to collect reviews from customers. It has also helped us to grow the number of leads that we generate by being able to showcase a short demo and new customer offer to prospective buyers.

We have a product that customers love - G2 Marketing Solutions helps us to showcase that love to prospective customers. It also helps us to bring more potential customers into our sales funnel.

G2 helps me deeply understand our customers—what they care about, what their pain points are, etc. It's easy to use and their team has been incredibly supportive and helpful. I use it nearly every day!

The platform can be a bit slow at times.

G2 is great for standing out against competitors. I use it weekly to answer reviews, and once a month to send out review campaigns. Being able to use the badges as social proof has also helped our social media and outreach efforts. Really easy to use, and the success and support teams are great.

Very, very expensive! Just to launch a few profiles can offset any marketing budget!

Its multilingualism eliminates the need for you to translate your surveys. As a survey taker, unsurvey is helpful to me when I encounter languages that I do not understand.

the facts that since its inception since 2021 they have about just 8 staffs so the customer support is not tht responsive they should work on getting more staffs

There are too many awards, and they are too generic. when you are a leader in a category it doesn't say which category it just says you are a leader
