I really appreciate how easy Nectar is to use. People also really like how easy it is to turn Nectar Points into a reward that they will actually use.

I love how easy it is to use. From the initial set up of my account to sending a shoutout to a coworker. I love the app and the ability to upload my photos right away to complete my challenges. I love that it gives me something to work towards every day and I use it more since it's right at my fingertips!

I wish I didn't have to re-login as frequently. I'm not sure if that is an app issue or a firewall/security issue within my organization.

I love the daily challenges. I remember to hydrate more often so that I can reach my daily goal as well as my step count. I've made goals for myself simply by using the app.

Nectar's layout is intuitive and easy to understand. Also when we had a problem on displaying some of the items. They quickly responded and corrected the issue.

Sometimes the amount of options for rewards can be a bit overwhelming.

The effectiveness of this program can diminish if the community does not consistently contribute fresh ideas and encourage employee participation. Ultimately, it is just a tool, and without ongoing support from the community, it may not reach its full potential.

This tool makes it easy to foster strong work values and encourages a collaborative, teamwork-oriented environment. As a result, everyone involved benefits from its use.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to recognize my peers and also being recognized by my peers and management. It's simple and convenient to redeem my points for gift cards and there are so many awesome choices. This is a wonderful platform to have in our work place and provides incentive to go above and beyond. I feel motivated by this program and I am always checking my points to see what I can redeem for next.

There were times when people felt their extra efforts went unnoticed, but now they understand that I am paying attention and acknowledging what they do.

I like the way it brings employees together and gives us a way to reward our co-workers for doing nice things amongst each other. It is a very good app for getting employees to interact with each other and acknowledging when someone does a good thing for them or someone else in the company. The fact that points can be cashed in for pretty much anything that you want to use it for is also a huge plus!

The only thing that I really dislike about Nectar is that each month your points are lost if you don't give them away. Sometimes I have points at the end of the month that are lost because I forget it's the end of the month and forget to give them away, or sometimes I have no reason to give them away at that time because I haven't had any events where I feel the need to give them, so I lose them.

A fun way to get employees to interact with each other and get to know each other by rewarding coworkers for good deeds that they do for each other. It also brings the company morel up because employees are getting to know one another through interacting on the app.

It intuitive and easy to use, build morale and team spirit, great variety of rewards to choose from, also like being able to use the points I gained to gift to another.

There is nothing to not like about NEctar - great tool that is easy to use and help to build team morale and get people to participate in healthy competitions to win points in addition to giving folks the recognition they've earned and incentivizing with points that can be used to purchase cool merch or gift cards

NEctar allows me to not only shout out people for the recognition they deserve but also to give them points that can be used to purchase gift cards and merchandise. Cool how you can also include our own personal branded items

Avail options to redeem the points earned. It has all the major brands and even a number of gift card options that give a great variety to choose from. Easy and simple to redeem - seamless process form redeeming reward on the site and then using it real time.

I like that Nectar helps motivate me to stay on top of my health while making it a social aspect as well, so you can improve your wellness with others. Sometimes it's easier for people to better their health if they have a buddy to do it with.

I don't like that I can't change my last name or update the email. I've gotten married and would like to use my married name. My account email still forwards to my new one so it's not a big deal but it would be nice to change.
