What do you like best about the product?

It’s very user friendly. It is not hard to navigate and it’s a nice to be able to feel like you can reward yourself.

What do you dislike about the product?

I honestly don’t have a negative about nectar. I am still learning while using it. I guess maybe the points could equal more ….

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

There are things I need or want to buy and having a way to turn points into cash is amazing

Easy access through you phone, can be accessed anywhere.

What do you dislike about the product?

Challenges has a 12midnight deadline, if you missed it they will deny your claim

How you can knowledge co-workers. Make them fell special for all the hard work.

I just started working here so far I have not yet found anything I don't like.

Sometimes just going over the process to redeem rewards as it may require several sites to redeem card

It’s rewarding employees and acknowledging their achievements. It’s beneficial because it provides extra income or awards to accommodate

I appreciate the simplicity of the app and enjoy the rewards it offers.

I honestly can't find anything to complain about.

I really haven't encountered any problems so far.

The thing I like most about Nectar is the ease of use and how easy it is to upload screenshots for proof of completing a challenge.

The least helpful thing about Nectar is how older notifications or "shout outs" are buried under newer shout outs with a good way to search or filter them.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nectar creates a great way to build moral and be rewarded for certain activities or challenges. It has helped me get into better shape through the workout challenges and purchase gadgets and workout equipment.

What do you like best about the product?

I like the simplify of returning in the challenges and the quick redemption for gift cards.

None as of yet. I have not had any issues thus far.

I think it helps employees feel appreciated.

Great way to acknowledge others for their contributions to an organization whether it is dedicated teamwork or going up and beyond for customers.

What do you dislike about the product?

I am rather new so far it has been easy to post and give points and select attributes. Not sure on the downsides yet besides maybe not offering a wide array of vendors to choose from for gift cards. The main downside so far is that I wish our Nectar points accumulated quicker per point!

The ease of use. I can complete a challenge and collect my reward with a few clicks.

Not being able to tell if multiple uploads for a single challenge are correct or not.

I don't have any problems that Nectar is solving. It's an easy way to make some additional spending money by completing reasonable tasks.

Nectar is such a great service to use to shout out co workers for their excellent service. It is easy to use, and also a great way to get rewards for doing great within the work place !

Nectar is keeping the work environment engaged as co workers and recognizing each other for the hard work within the workplace .

I like that the reward system is used to motivate employees to better their lives through healthy living choices and practices. Its very easy to use and I use it every week.

I wish the gift cards all had similar amounts. For example, EBAY only goes to $200. I wish you could get a higher EBAY amount.

Its a good system with good rewards, it gives the employees inventives to work for and is a good system if well utilized

I like that there are alot of reward options. I don't think there is much to dislike, its a straightforward system.

It gives me a reason to exercise throughout the week since our company is encouraging us to exercise by giving us points

The website is incredibly user-friendly, easy to navigate, everything loads quickly, and finding exactly what I need is a breeze. I especially appreciate how intuitive the layout is—it makes exploring offers and redeeming points simple.

At times, the discounts shown don't actually result in a lower price, as I find the cost is often the same when booking through other sites.

Nectar is an awesome way to recognize fellow coworkers for their dedication to getting a job done and outstanding work accomplished!

There isn't a way to filter by name only department and points can run out quickly. Also could use more options for GIFs.

It is providing staff a way to recognize each other for the work and support that they do and provide to one another. I love nectar and it always feels good when you get a shoutout. It also allows me to bank up my nectar points and use them around the holidays when I need it most.

The only downside I’ve noticed is that you can't redeem your Nectar points until you reach a certain threshold. It would be great if the platform allowed points to be used dollar-for-dollar as they’re earned, which would make the rewards feel more immediate and flexible.

Nectar has really helped boost the morale of our organization. It’s created a culture of recognition and appreciation that makes people feel seen and valued. One of the things I enjoy most is how it adds something to look forward to—especially when it's least expected.

I don't like how we lose our 50 points to give out monthly. But maybe its necessary

Nectar is very easy to use. I enjoy sending shout outs to my team members and think it is a good way to show appreciation without being in your face or in front of a group. I enjoy the point system and like the many options that the points can be used on.

What do you dislike about the product?

I tend to forget that I have Nectar points still available to send. Nectar does send out emails that you have unused points but not until the end of the month. I would benefit from a quick reminder in the middle of the month as well.

Nectar helps with sending out appreciation without brining lots of attention to someone. It provides collaboration between team members by being able to send a shout out to multiple people at the same time.
