What do you like best about the product?
Live, real-time notifications and posts let me see fellow colleagues sending appreciation notes and recognizing great behaviors as they happen. It’s extremely easy to use and navigate. We have it integrated into our internal SharePoint site, and it has noticeably increased both performance and the overall positive atmosphere among the teams I work with directly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t really have anything negative to mention about it. From an end-user perspective, it’s been easy to access. Onboarding was quite quick once our administrator connected our emails to Nectar, and the interface is simple and straightforward to use, so I was able to start utilizing it right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wouldn’t say it was a problem, but Nectar is removing obstacles and barriers that used to make it harder to recognize people for their good, hard work. It also helps bring attention to the importance of feedback—especially continuous feedback. I’m sure, like in many other organizations, it’s easy to get lost in the weeds of completing responsibilities, checking off a to-do list, and going to meetings, and then not really take the time to reflect and recognize the people who helped you, went above and beyond, and made an impact on your day or on a goal.
