Can be a little overwhelming at first because of the number of features.

I like that it's uer friendly. Everything is easy to navigate to. I love the binder structure and the use of the search, binders, review cards. The ease of Importing and exporting is definitely a plus. Also, running the productions. The different features are great.

There's nothing that I can say that I dislike. Once I got familiar with the interface it made it easier to navigate.

At the moment none, but I believe we have an issue solved with sorting.

Quick easy workflow. Have great support. Everlaw, as a cloud-based software is able to provide a lot of features that other cloud-based software are not able to perform. Workflow from beginning to end works well.

Training is too quick and everything taught in one session. Needs be more based on workflow.

Everlaw has a great workflow through the complete discovery phase.
What do you like best about the product?
There are numerous things that I like best about Everlaw, but to narrow them down, I would note these points. Everlaw can be as simple or as complex as you would like it to be. The ease of being able to customize each database to be specific to each case is great. The user interface is very easy to understand and the ability to create carefully crafted and complex searches of documents is great as well. Being able to customize a user's access is very helpful, whether that be only to documents that have been produced, documents that are Attorney's Eyes Only, privileged documents or any other scenario that may appear. You can also access Everlaw from anywhere, even on your mobile phone. Their customer support is extremely helpful, and they are open to any and all suggestions for implementing added features that they may not currently offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, the only downside I see if the inability to share exports with other users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have benefited from using Everlaw's Early Case Assessment, as well as being able to ingest data for a quick review and removing any data that is not relevant, which in turn brings our costs down.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Everlaw is easy to customize on your screen. The ability to directly upload native files without having to create a load file is also a helpful aspect of Everlaw. Everlaw also makes it simple to immediately export search results to send to a third party.
What do you dislike about the product?
After using many other products, it was initially difficult to get used to seeing a screen that does not have too many unnecessary items on the screen. This is actually a positive aspect of Everlaw, but at first it was a little unnerving to see a screen that doesn't have too many fields on it.

Everlaw provides a helpful option for reviewing a large number of documents. This is beneficial because it saves reviewers time.

Searches that can be customized and detailed Coding Productions are a breeze Timelines/Storybuilder are becoming my new favorite Folders help a ton for my attorneys are "old school" and want to see things in a file/folder setup - I am able to train attorneys/paralegals on the ease of Everlaw in a matter of a short zoom call TIME SAVER - I can do so much in a significantly shorter period of time which saves my client money and helps me tackle more projects I use Everlaw EVERY DAY and my trust is fully in them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I dislike about Everlaw... if I do have an issue it is usually resolved after I reach out to customer service. Some of my suggested changes/revisions for the program are already in the works (others had the same idea before me)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not really a problem, but they are changing the feature of binder sharing so that it automatically shared with all the admins/reviewers of the project - this is super helpful for those times that I forget to share the binder and the attorney needs access to it.
What do you like best about the product?
As an IT trainer for Everlaw in my company, I felt that it was a fast learning for me, and it didn’t take much effort to learn the platform. I have been helping folks in the civil division with how to navigate the platform and use it to make discoveries And litigate on there live cases

In particular, when we upload different document types to Everlaw, the platform does not allow you to edit these documents in their native applications.

We are using many different tools to accomplish eDiscovery, litigation, record management, live case collaboration with court, external users and legal. In EverLaw you can accomplish all that in one platform. Seems like a one solution for all.

Through generative AI tools like Everlaw AI Assistant, they are helping transform the legal industry for the better.

Everlaw is great because all of its features are well thought out to enable you to move quickly and accurately through the entire EDRM cycle.

Still looking for some downside, so far I like everything I see.

Everlaw has made common tasks much more streamlined. From processing to review to production, everything is at your finger tips.

Competitively priced platform that was simple for our reviewers to learn, with dedicated live, engaged consultant support built in without any price hikes.

Everlaw has its own built-in AI feature, but the explosion of new AI products is challenging to keep up with, and Everlaw does not yet integrate with them all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With 35 GB of texts and emails to review quickly, we needed a platform that was easy to learn ande would help us through the uploading process. We are reliably getting through the material in very good time, and the integrated team communication features make it easy to track different approaches to the same document set.

The support team has been incredibly helpful. The onboarding process is a breeze. The search tool is extremely useful. I have confidence in their expert teams support.

One thing that i noticed Everlaw doesnt currently provide a feature to automatically generate and distribute billing costs from a database.

Everlaw provides software that solves problems. Using Everlaw has brought benefits to our business by improving work and simplifying workflows.

First of all, Everlaw is a very userfriendly platform. i have worked on many E-Discovery platforms in the past and we always needed an in-house E-Discovery person in order to import and export documents. Notwithstanding, when i needed assistance the techs were fantastic and very patient with me. They even confirmed a follow-up training session

I have no negative remarks about Everlaw.

Its very easy to use and it has some very convient features that other review platforms just don't have.

I home screen get get crowded with all the cards depending on how complex the case is but there are ways to organize that make it managable.

Being able to modify existing cards so that new cards don't have to be made all the time. Helps keep the home screen less crowded.
