I think the platform is very user-friendly, easy layout, nice help pages and documents and all the capabilities needed for a discovery tool. Also the customer support team is always responsive and able to assist with almost any issue, or able to direct you on how to fic your issue.

I've used a lot of e-discovery tools, I think the more you use the platform the easier it becomes. It takes some getting use to like all platforms but I don't dislike anything about the platform currently.

I use Everlaw as a E-Discovery tool, I produce, review and manage litigation documents in Everlaw.

Everlaw is user intuitive with great new features. I really enjoy how simple it is to create a database and upload data. The seach features with AI and visualizations makes my life easier.

Maybe have a co-administrator feature so that when the Administrator for our organization is out of office, another in house person can step in to create new databases. As a future administrator for our team, this would be a great new feature.

My favorite thing about Everlaw is how easy it is to pick up. Within a week of using Everlaw, I was already running my own searches, productions and analytics. It is a highly inutitive platform with amazing features

That you can't edit a saved search and maintain that saved search; it creates a whole new one

Everyday project management is better with Everlaw. Clients have more freedom to do key things, like process thier own data, that frees up my time.

I have been thrilled with the pricing, the customer services from both the sales representative and the onboarding/training team. Everyone at Everlaw has been attentive and responds quickly to my questions. The personalized training has been invaluable and the trains were patient, extremely knowledgeable and eager to guide me through the set up and questions.

Of course, I would always hope for lower pricing, specially for small businesses like me.

I believe that Everlaw is working on more training moduls for its Storybuilder app and I am eager to see those.
Because of our familiarity with the case, we were able to go through and find the records that showed the deponent had lied.

There really isn't anything I did not like about the application. It was easy to use and navigate. The search tool is very useful.

Easy to learn. Tons of functions and tools. Support is always available. Sharing of databases and downloading productions.

Native uploads which are all PDFs, the bates numbers will not be assigned unless the file name is the entire bates prefix and number range.

Allows all productions to be viewed in one place, and on a browser without a third-party separate software on a computer. Reliable and straightforward

I used them to create binders for my department on a legal case I am assigned to because my boss needed it and I had no previous experience in this program.

I'm kind of biased but I like the work flow the best and it is easy once you get the hang of things. After leaving our old platform to Everlaw, I thought I would never get the hang of things. That quickly changed, just got to get in there and use the platform and it all comes together. I love teaching the new attorneys about Everlaw and they are amazed at what it can do. We've all come a long ways for exchanging physical documents.

All in all it's a fairly nice platform, however I don't like the announcement ribbons put on top of the screen. It's absolutely annoying, especially if you're working on a smaller screen at the time or you have OCDR

We are able to get productions out very quickly once the documents have been reviewed. It is a very smooth and painless process.

While it may seem overwhelming at first, there are tools to assist in all phases and types of discovery. If you get lost, the HELP feature is extremely valuable as well as calling the experts who are always available!
What do you dislike about the product?
Take your time, don't rush it - or you might miss a valuable tool you could have used. That's still a plus to me because it teaches us to research available options for the e-discovery.

It allows for a faster review when search settings/tools are utilized.

I love Everlaw's platform and interfaces that make the process of conducting discovery in a case so much easier than before. On top of that, the supporting staff and the amount of available training available are wonderful to get started with using the platform so that we make do an effective and efficient job in discovery.

So far none. The support staff from Everlaw are extremely helpful and the onboarding process has helped a lot for me and my staff to start using the features Everlaw provides. I honestly have no complaint at all.

Everlaw help our team and I on collecting, reviewing and producing ESI in litigation. As often confusing process in collecting ESI, Everlaw has made it so much easier to get work done.

Everlaw is pretty user-friendly and easy to navigate. The support team is very helpful and their response time is fairly quick. Once you have protocols and codes saved, it's very easy to run a production, which saves so much time and is very seamless.

There are certain things that I still don't know how to do on Everlaw, but so far it's not something that's wrong with the product.

Everlaw helps us with document management, document review and document production. It makes me more productive and helps me be more organized.

Everlaw has the capacity to stream line depositions and include exhibits for reference. Everlaw allows multiple document downloads at one time by copy paste method from a spreadsheet or word document. Search features are exceptional and with Everlaw, productions are super simple.

Everlaw is assisting with document search of voluminous documents.

Everlaw has been great for our organization that consists of 10 attorneys. It is user-friendly, easy to learn and the support team is always there to answer any questions when needed. We transferred databases from other e-discovery platforms and they were super helpful throughout the entire process which seemed daunting at the begining but with the help of their team was seamless and easy. Uploading is also a breeze.

Nothing yet. We've been using the platform for less than a month, but I am confident that any issued we run into or any questions that come up along the way, we are in good hands with their team of experts that are available 24/7.

Being able to upload data from third-party file sharing sources has been a great benefit for our team. Having clients upload to ShareFile has sped up our transfer process so much because we can simply upload directly from there once the client is done sharing their files.

I really enjoy the interface of Everlaw. Once you get the hang of it, the interface is very user-intuitive and the processes for running certain tasks, like document productions, searches, etc., is streamlined and efficient. Everlaw makes the litigation process at our firm so much easier than traditional document review.

There is a bit of a learning curve with Everlaw. Sometimes, images upload very slowly in the document review pane. Some of the tools, such as the deposition transcript/cut export feel like they're underveloped.

Everlaw is solving the problem of how long it can take to search for key terms, and concepts in documents and document reviews. You can really feel the difference when working on a matter that does not have their documents uploaded to Everlaw versus one that does. Searching for terms, concepts, document types, dates, really anything becomes more efficient when done in Everlaw. It saves us so much time and money.
