What do you like best about the product?
Talk about making document redactions easier. Being able to group documents, search for them, creating binders, and assigning them makes the whole process so much more streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is definitely a learning curve. I am sure there are things I could be doing to make it even easier, but the number of tools there are to use make it a little overwhelming. It's not the primary function of my role and so each time I use it I feel like I have to refresh my memory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us manage documents that need to be bundled, redacted, and produced, as well as keeping track of where in the process they all are where everyone has access to see. There's a lot less confusion and duplication of efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been doing document review for a few years using Relativity. The most recent project used Everlaw and I found the software to be much easier and user friendly to learn and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced a downside. I find the software to be limited in the amount of times it kicks me out, much less than with Relativity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Group/family batching function is very useful and speeds up the review. Also, automatic saving is a time saver.
Great upload Manager for document collection!
What do you like best about the product?
Still a great platform & have been using it for 3 years. All my lawyers can access what I upload quickly & don't have to fight with transfer sites or emails that get lost. The new AI Feature is a great addition!
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be more friendly & easier to access the drop menu's 7 sub categories. Tutorials could be more accessible for the new features

Everlaw is being used for document collection details on various cases with Loopstra Nixon. This manager is important for centralizing all details of our case with the legal teams.

What do you like best about the product?
The smart search terms and the ability to search across several fields simultaneously is quite helpful. The presentation and interactive part were helpful. Like the 'i' icon that helps narrow down my search.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike. Just had some difficulty creating the nested searches like knowing when/where to click on the container to insert where I want them to be. I just have to work a little more on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Loading and/or processing data into Everlaw is much easier than other review platforms. We're able to assist our clients in a more timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
There are many tools which are most helpful with Everlaw. One of the most beneficial tool is the document production process. Everlaw allows you to send your documents in Native format to have them reviewed for confidential information, redacted, organized, Bates Numbered and then produced to opposing counsel. This is done efficiently and accurately which allows us to focus on the substantive matters of a case.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, I cannot think of anything about Everlaw that I do not like. It is like having a team of individuals working on the case efficiently and accurately and saves us quite a bit of manpower and time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everlaw is allowing us to focus on the client's needs, the substantive issues and getting prepared for depositions, hearings and trial without the need for additional staff, saving us overhead.

What do you like best about the product?
Everlaw really helps eliminate the time it takes to review our client's documents. It allows you to quickly search for key terms and privileged terms. It never times out or fails to reload your documents. I like that Everlaw is flexible and, by far, the easiest platform to use out of all e-discovery applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to other e-discovery applications, there isn't much to dislike about Everlaw.

The time and money spent on reviewing documents. Everlaw actually saves our clients' money!

The ability to conduct searches across thousands of documents aided my work immensely. I am using Everlaw to review scientific information, not to build a legal case. Everlaw provided support and training to help along the way and we were able to tailor what we needed to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some text does not translate into OCR very well, but this has more to do with the source documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had thousands of documents to review, all in tif/text files with no search index. Everlaw brought them together and allowed us to perform our search effectively and efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Very clear cut application. Able to self control and handle without too much assistance compared to other e-discovery applications.

I think where this tool is heading not much to dislike.

What do you like best about the product?
I love redacting in the Everlaw Program. If I need to redact the same name or social security number for example, throughout the document, Everlaw allows me to do that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I cannot delete pages in a large document in Everlaw. For example, sometimes when large files are uploaded there are blank pages throughout that should not be included.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the new ability to rotate just one page in a document without it rotating all of the pages. This allows me to have the bates numbers applied in the proper place.

What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike regarding Everlaw is my own fault--I don't take enough advantage of the magnitude of training that's available FOR FREE! I recommend every Everlaw user take the time to read through new product releases and spend time every month looking at training modules. There are constantly new releases and updates, and you will definitely find something new to improve your workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting through huge datasets is already daunting. Taking steps to learn about new technology and processes, like technology-assisted review, can be just as daunting. But Everlaw not only provides these powerful tools--specifically predictive coding and clustering--it provides the training and support necessary to utilize them efficiently and to prove (or defend) the accuracy of such time-saving technology. Going through 654,000 documents now feels manageable.

What do you like best about the product?
The features available on Everlaw are incredible and the interface is so smooth and intuitive that it reduces the typical stress of document review, regardless of whether your case has 2,000 or 750,000 documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating a binder, it gets very annoying that we always must share it with colleagues via the messaging function. I wish there was a way to, when creating a binder, have the option to make it public for all users to see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We will have last minute cases that require a database within a day and a production sent out by the end of the week. Our Everlaw Rep is very responsive and promptly always ready to help and set up a contract. In addition to great customer service, the ability to run my productions and not wait on a vendor to run them.
