What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about G2 Marketing Solutions is how it brings everything together in one place instead of me having to jump between different tools to manage our campaigns and track performance. The dashboard is pretty easy to navigate, so I don't waste time figuring out where things are, and setting up campaigns doesn't feel like a chore.
It connects well with the other tools we already use, like our CRM and a couple of analytics platforms, so data flows in without me having to manually export and import spreadsheets all the time. That alone has saved a good chunk of back and forth for our team.
Performance wise, it's been reliable. Reports load fast even when I'm pulling data across a longer time period, and I haven't run into any major bugs or downtime that slowed us down.
On pricing, it feels reasonable for what we're getting, especially compared to piecing together multiple separate tools to do the same job. It's helped us get more visibility into how our G2 presence is actually converting, which has made it easier to justify the spend to leadership.
Support has been solid too. When I've had questions, I got responses fairly quickly instead of waiting days, and onboarding didn't take long since the team walked us through the setup instead of just handing us a manual and leaving us to figure it out.
The AI features are a nice touch as well. It gives suggestions on where to focus our budget or which listings need attention, which saves me from digging through numbers manually every week to spot what needs fixing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there isn't a lot that bothers me, but if I had to point something out, I'd say the reporting section can feel a bit overwhelming at first. There are a lot of metrics and filters available, and it took me some time to figure out which ones actually mattered for what I was trying to track, so a simpler starting view or some guided templates would help.
I've also noticed that some of the more advanced features aren't super intuitive right away, so I had to poke around or look things up instead of just figuring it out on the fly. It's not a dealbreaker, just something that could be a bit smoother for someone jumping in for the first time.
Other than that, I don't have any major complaints, it does what I need it to do without giving me headaches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before G2 Marketing Solutions, our biggest challenge was actually understanding how our G2 profile was performing and turning that into something we could act on. We could see reviews coming in, but we didn't have a clear way to track how they were influencing traffic, leads, or conversions, so it felt like we were flying a bit blind on that front.
It's helped by giving us a clearer picture of how our listing is performing and where potential buyers are dropping off or engaging. That's made it a lot easier to prioritize what to fix instead of guessing. It's also cut down on the manual work of pulling data from different places, since a lot of what we need is right there in one dashboard.
The overall benefit for us has been saving time and being able to make faster, more informed decisions about where to focus our marketing efforts, instead of spending hours piecing together reports from separate tools.
