What do you like best about the product?

I love Nectar. It creates a fun work atmosphere with the incentives and options for customizable incentives. I strive to be a good coworker not only for my team but for the nectar incentives as well. It's very user friendly and easy to manage. I use Nectar all the time to use my points, or to shout out a coworker who did exceptionally well that week.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don't think there's many downsides. It was a little confusing to use at first but not hard to figure out. The design makes it pretty easy to figure out. Sometimes it can lag or take a second when claiming an incentive but that's really all.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've worked many places with a bad employee and boss dynamic. I think nectar helps keeps people stay in touch. Your boss can give you points, someone from another team can give you points or anyone really. It keeps the company as one instead of many different branches who don't know each other. you can also see what other people in the company have achieved that day or week and you can recognize them as well.

Being able to show your coworkers appreciation.

What do you dislike about the product?

Haven't had an issue with it so far, I have only had great experiences with it.

Helping solve the issue of employees not feeling appreciated at work.

What do you like best about the product?

So if I talk about my experience what I enjoy most is how low effort it is for that team people actually use it without reminders because giving recognition fees quick and casual not like feeling out of form. The reward catalogue is flexible to everyone find something the genuinely want instead of generally gift card.

What do you dislike about the product?

So as of my experience the admin side can feel a bit hidden at first and some settings and reports take time to discover and customising rules isn't always obvious without digging into help docs.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nectar solved a noticed work problem. Small wins and behind the scene first now get visible appreciation which has noticeable improved moral and cross team positivity. So in my experience it help us build a culture where recognition helps weekly instead of only during reviews.

What do you like best about the product?

I enjoy the ease at which I can offer acknowledgement to my co-workers for the ways in which they bless me. I also love the positive reinforcement it offers to me on a personal level to take care of myself and get rewarded! The app is easy to use and submission of proof is simple.

I honestly don't have any negatives to offer.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nectar is encouraging me to express my gratitude to my coworkers with use it or lose it points to give away! Nectar is encouraging me to get my steps in and/or my work out in for easy to obtain points.

Nectar is very user friendly and enables us to recognize core values of our team.

Sometimes pictures/images of rewards images don't stick on the page.

Nectar increases employee morale and camaraderie, which benefits the culture.

I really don't have any problems with Nectar and it's really giving me lots of chance to share my emotion to my colleagues.

I like how easy to use nectar is and the connection it gives our team when we are recognized.

I like the user interface and the way it works. There're no dislikes at the moment.

It takes very long time to get a lot of points,and the point hold only a small amount of value

It is easy to use and allows for "monetary" recognition. It is a great incentive.

That we are capped to give within a certain time and we cannot "shoutout" the same person within the same month.

I appreciate having the ability to formally recognize another employee, rather than limiting it to a simple thank-you email.

I have only been using it for about a month, I am a new hire. I haven't seen anything negative yet.

I don't see it solving any of my problems in my field.

Nectar is great because it is a quick way to show coworkers recognition and thanks, while also racking up rewards for gift cards.

I haven't found a downside to Nectar. Shout outs are easy to give, the gift card selection is great. Points accumulate over time and I never have an issue picking where I want to spend my points.

Nectar is giving us the ability to recognize employees quickly and easily.

What do you like best about the product?

The best thing I like in regards to Nectar is being able to send shoutouts to other coworkers, not only for them to be see/be recognized, but others can see the things they do as well! It's also a great way to celebrate coworkers birthdays and recognize their employment time within the company.

What do you dislike about the product?

The least helpful thing I don't like about Nectar is the hashtags. You are unable to post until you add a hashtag and I feel sometimes the hashtags do not go with what you are sharing.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nectar is solving the problem of sharing staff shoutouts from were ever you are instead of having to do the shout out face-to-face. We are also able to celebrate others even if we are not with them at the time.

I like seeing everyone's post about teamwork and i love how simple it is to give appreciations and shout outs.

What do you dislike about the product?

Only getting to send 50 points a month! I would love to shout out just whenever it comes up!

i am new hire to this hospital and using Nectar but with the little I have done with it I like. I think its great to use and really fun. I have been sending all my trainers shout outs!

I like that you can recognize others, whether it’s for a kind gesture or something they did for you. Sometimes, when someone helps you out with something, people forget to give back or even acknowledge it because everyone gets so busy. This feels like a great way to say thank you and show appreciation.

There isn’t anything I don’t like about Nectar. I just wish I could give out more points to people because of all the kind things they’ve done for me!

Nectar helps solve the common problem of forgetting to send a thank-you card to someone who helped you. Instead, you can recognize and thank them directly through the Nectar app or platform. This is benefitting me in a way where I can send a quick nectar point and recognition to a co-worker who helped me.

I really like the flexibility of the rewards, especially in comparison to other work recognition systems I've used in the past. It's easy to hop into and quickly recognize people without a lot of effort and it really empowers employees to be able to recognize peers too.

What do you dislike about the product?

My biggest sticking point is mostly just trying to find the right category of accolade to fit my call outs into. The system does a good job of prompting through the whole process as it is, so it's not hard at all to use.

Definitely employee recognition. It's the best source of recognition I've been able to find so far, and it's structured in a way that really promotes recognizing your coworkers.

What do you like best about the product?

Nectar makes employee recognition simple, visible, and engaging. It’s easy for me (and others on my team) to recognize coworkers in real time, attach rewards, and reinforce our company values and principles. The Slack integration is also very smooth, which makes it easy to recognize others on a monthly basis or quickly when the moment comes up.

What do you dislike about the product?

While some reward customization options could be expanded, these feel like minor points overall compared with the value Nectar provides.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nectar helps solve the problem of inconsistent and informal employee recognition. Before Nectar, appreciation for coworkers and teams was mostly limited to managers and wasn’t very visible across the organization. Now, anyone on the team can recognize great work, which improves transparency and helps boost motivation and engagement. Overall, it has helped build a stronger culture of appreciation and made employees feel more valued.

I like it because through this platform we can recognize the people who excel at helping others and doing their job.

What do you dislike about the product?

I like everything, but I would like it if didn't take away the points they give us to give to others.

This is my first job using Nectar, and I think it’s a wonderful way to recognize people. It also helps encourage other workers to do their best. (Plus: how amazing is it to get “money” just because you’re a good coworker????)

I haven't had any issues.

I like Nectar because it allows me to send encouragement to my coworkers and vice versa so we can be rewarded for the work we do. You also can use fun GIFS and pictures.

I think the only thing I would add on is more options to recognize someone than the 5 options. It's till great though

Nectar keeps us motivating each other which makes anyone happy.

I like how we are able to recognize follow employees. and celebrate work Anniversaries and birthdays.

What I dislike. That I do not use it as much as I could...being and after thought. you think you have time to go out and post, but time slips away. An before you know it it is the next Month.

To be honest I do not use NECTAR that much for it to be an additional tool for problem solving or any additional benefits.

What I like best about Nectar is the incentives they offer. I think it’s a great way to show appreciation for your coworkers and peers, and it makes recognition feel more meaningful.

Maybe a bigger variety of Amazon gifts, and maybe more restaurants, would make it even better—but I already love it all!

I feel like Nectar helps solve the issue of showing appreciation for each other and for the people we work with. I believe it improves company morale and encourages us to appreciate one another, both as coworkers and as friends.

Nectar is very user friendly, Very positive to look at and very easy to use. definitely makes you engage with it, and creates a positive environment with the coworkers. i w1ll definitely use it every week! All options are very easy to use and specified very well.
