I like that it is a fun program where you can give small rewards to your teammates for achievements or gifts.

I honestly do not have a feature I dislike at this point.

I really appreciate the "@person's name" feature. Having tried other platforms similar to Nectar, I find that this particular function distinguishes the app from its competitors. It’s so convenient not having to search for names!

There isn't much that I dislike about this. However, I do think it would be even better if there were a wider selection of GIFs available.

It’s much simpler to recognize staff and peers with this tool than having to write a lengthy email.

I do not have to contact an employer to help submit points because Nectar makes it quick and easy for me to submit points for challenges and notifies me right away that submissions were submitted and approved

Encourages you to submit your points and stay on track with your wellness goals. Also, easy to leave a shout out to your coworkers. Company Mission areas are visible. The rewards are excellent, offering a wide variety of options to choose from.

The company's mission is visible, showing the areas we are working toward. It is a great reminder.

The rewards for various challenges (walking 10k steps, booking an appointment) are generous and motivating. It is nice to receive points on work anniversary dates, birthdays, etc. The ability to convert the points to a wide variety of gift cards is also useful.

The points to give each month is pretty limited. It's possible to boost the points to give by giving up your own points, but that reduces the incentive to be generous.
