What do you like best about the product?

Nectar offers an enjoyable way to collect points for rewards while also helping you stay connected and engaged with your coworkers.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don't have any negative feedback to offer regarding the Nectar program.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nectar has proven to be a helpful tool for providing feedback to others, even if it’s not in an official capacity.

What do you like best about the product?

Nectar is a great way for our group to share successes & celebrations with our colleagues in a like-minded community of adults supporting our students. I appreciate that Nectar gives us the opportunity to have points each month that we can share with one another when sending a shout-out. I also find the system / app easy to navigate.

What do you dislike about the product?

Some of our colleagues are not as tech-savy and can't access their accounts often and don't know how or can't use the app.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm not aware of any problems or issues that Nectar is helping us solve other than keeping us in communication more often with one another, maybe.

What do you like best about the product?

I love the chance to shout people out and have them recognized by the whole company. The platform is intuitive and easy to use, there are a number of gifs and fun memes to use in shout outs. I look at it every day to see what shout outs are being given, and I am always so proud when I receive a shout out.

What do you dislike about the product?

I really don't dislike anything at all, I can't think of anything.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It gives frontline workers the chance to be seen by everyone, and of course, the rewards just make it that much better. We use it for recognizing outstanding work, but also on rough days, we like to do fun things like "I'll give 10 nectar to the funniest dad joke". Since everyone gets an allowance to give out, it empowers everyone on the team to recognize good work, or to create a bit of fun.

What do you like best about the product?

What I appreciate most about Nectar is the way it helps maintain ongoing communication throughout the company. It also allows users to both receive rewards and recognize the efforts of their colleagues.

What do you dislike about the product?

Honestly, I don't have any issues with Nectar. In my experience, the platform deserves all the positive reviews it receives.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows me to see what’s going on within the company as well as it allows others to be recognized for their efforts

What do you like best about the product?

I like all the options for gift cards and the ability to help my peers out and reward them myself for a job well done.

I appreciate peers being able to leave rewards for other peers as this resolves and issues with favoritism or managers not seeing all the little things employees do on a regular basis to help other employees.

Ease of use and the gifs! GIFs are my teams love language, so I appreciate having those available.

I wish I could search the page or search by person or team easier

Quick recognition

What do you like best about the product?

It is a great opportunity to recognize small wins with your team members. There are a lot of times that team members do not feel recognized or utilized, but Nectar allows them to receive that recognition.

What do you dislike about the product?

Being able to search a user and see only their reviews could be beneficial. We like to highlight positive comments, but it can be difficult to search through all of the reviews.

What do you like best about the product?

it makes rewarding/recognizing very easy and it's customizable, which is nice. I like the variety of ways to redeem nectar, especially that we can directly transfer to paypal.

the home screen can be very busy. I could see minimizing some of the items on there.

it allows myself and others to award points for so many things. It's nice to have the ability to do this as an employee w/o being in a management position

Honestly the 10 points = $1 seems silly. A 1 to 1 ratio would make more sense

I really appreciate the sense of camaraderie that Nectar fosters within our team. It's wonderful to watch everyone come together to collaborate, celebrate achievements, and support each other through this platform.

Nectar fosters a collaborative team environment, which is especially valuable since most employees work remotely. It helps create a sense of unity and togetherness among the team.

Super Easy to use and it’s fun to recognize great work by great people!

Wish there was an app instead of just a website

No problem at all.

Nectar is easy to use and there is a big selection of prizes, there really is something for everyone. I find myself using Nectar often to thank my coworkers when they do a job. The reminders Nectar sends you also help you stay active on Nectar so it's seamless in my day-to-day use.

What I dislike the most about Nectar is the selection is actually so big, you'll find it overwhelming.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem Nectar solved for me, is that I am able to thank my coworkers for doing a great job. Sometimes a Thank You is not enough, and Nectar has helped me show my gratitude even more! This has helped me build my relationship with my peers and incentivizes going above and beyond for our clients.

I love the engagement and positivity in brings to the work environment. It's so fun to read all the uplifting and encouraging notes.

I truly can't think of anything- it's great!

As a manager, Nectar provides an avenue of praising team members for their input and help with tough tasks and for going above and beyond. Additionally, it's used as an incentive to motivate team members to participate in tasks outside their normal scope.

What do you like best about the product?

I really appreciate the sense of community this platform fosters within our company. It's wonderful to see hard work being recognized—not just my own, but also that of my colleagues. I highly recommend it, and it has become a fantastic way for me to reward myself as a busy, hardworking mom and wife. My Nectar rewards are truly just for me!

What do you dislike about the product?

I truly hope a direct deposit feature into my bank account becomes available, or perhaps a dedicated Nectar card where the funds could be transferred directly. It would be great if this could be offered as an option in the future.

I appreciate how easy it is to quickly send shout outs and rewards to individuals who truly deserve recognition.

Nectar is solving the problem of scattered communication and unclear task management by bringing everything into one organized platform. This makes collaboration seamless, keeps everyone on the same page, and ensures that no tasks fall through the cracks. For me, it has boosted productivity and reduced stress. For the team, it creates a sense of clarity and accountability, making it easier for everyone to stay motivated, focus on high-impact work, and celebrate progress together. Using Nectar makes our work not only more efficient but also more inspiring.

I like that we can react to shoutouts, and are able to add gif's to our shoutouts. The ease of the guided people, points, values makes leaving shoutouts even easier!

I honestly don't have anything to list for dislikes.

It helps keep connection within the workplace when so many of us are work from home. To still feel connected and appreciated.

It's always nice to earn a bit of extra money.

I find it frustrating that I am required to use my points rather than having the option to save them.

Nectar has been a great help to me when it comes to shopping for my children's Christmas gifts and planning our holiday meals.

The ability to give and receive feedback publicly to teammates and the rewards connected with receiving that feedback.

I am not a fan of the two-factor authentication. Sometimes I don't go check nectar, because its too much effort to get in.

The platform brings us altogether, especially in recognizing employee birthdays and anniversaries. It gives me a reason to reach out to those folks and say something, when I wouldn't otherwise have a reason.

Nectar makes it easy to recognize and appreciate my coworkers. The platform makes giving shout-outs simple and meaningful, and it really helps strengthen our culture of appreciation at Focus: HOPE.

I don’t dislike much, but I do wish the platform loaded a little faster and had a more streamlined layout.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The platform gives everyone a simple, centralized way to acknowledge achievements, highlight teamwork, and celebrate our wins. Nectar has helped solve for a lack of visibility into employee accomplishments, inconsistent recognition between teams and gaps in morale or employee engagement. Colleagues feel like their milestones and special moments are recognized across the board.

What do you like best about the product?

Very easy to use. Employees love it and the gift cards are super. We use this daily and Managers are starting to give "shout outs" even when there are no points.

What do you dislike about the product?

Could use more reporting capabilities. It would be nice if we could limit how much can be cashed out in a month or if we could make points expire after a certain period of time.

We don't have to keep a LOT of bling available for employee appreciation. And it has increased the engagement within the workforce. And with the anniversary and birthday reminders, it makes everyone feel special.
