What do you like best about the product?

I like the ability to send shout outs to my team and send tangible rewards for work and services within my organization. The site layout and integration into Teams is super clean. Really easy to use and navigate.

What do you dislike about the product?

So far, I have not come across anything I would label as negative.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Within my organization, this software platform allows everyone throughout out the company to feel connected. I think the biggest benefit comes from the inclusivity and sense of belonging among our piers and coworkers.

What do you like best about the product?

Recognizing the values and support of your coworkers provides an extra boost of motivation.

What do you dislike about the product?

The website prompts you for a two-factor authentication code every time you sign in, even when you are consistently using the same device.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was given some extra money for the additional work and effort I contributed beyond my regular responsibilities. I also noticed that my colleague's support and actions, which went beyond their main duties, were acknowledged as well.

Having Nectar is a great opportunity to inform individuals about there progress in the work place

I don’t have any dislike about Nectarits a great app for companies

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has solved a way to give recognition to those who truly deserve it

What do you like best about the product?

I can shout out my co workers for doing good work ect. and even dispense them tokens which they can actually use on real life things, keeping gifting to people i don't know business casual and gives everybody something to look forward to when a good shoutout comes there way on an email.

What do you dislike about the product?

I dont have a whole lot i can say about my dislikes of nectar, but if i had to say one thing it would be that maybe an idea for the future could be the ability to record a short voice memo to upload and send to be able to verbally appreciate your co workers. sometimes hearing something can feel even better than just reading it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nectar is solving a problem that persists in remote jobs, lack of engagement. to shout someone out you dont see often for doing their job well and to be able to be a little extra funny or put in a funny gif to give someone a chuckle on the inside can really go a long way, even if that person didn't do anything special other than what they were expected to do.

What do you like best about the product?

Nectar is an effective way to recognize team members for their contributions especially if the team is not all located on site in one location.

What do you dislike about the product?

I have not noticed any major disadvantages.

Nectar helps improve recognition of peers especially where they are located in other offices.

being able to acknowledge anyone. The points that we earn to use later. Very easy to use

letting me know that my peers see me. I love that.

I think the only downside is from me not using it enough.

What do you like best about the product?

I like being able to shout out a recognition and give a gift of points. I also have a wide range of items available to redeem. It's easy to use with Teams and easy to learn how to use it. The interactive challenges that companies can do also make it fun. I log in daily. I also like how it integrates with our survey and allows customers to provide an incentive they would like to recognize us with if they feel like we went above and beyond.

What do you dislike about the product?

There's not anything I dislike, it would be cool to set up my personal email to receive my redemption rewards instead of my work email but it's not a big deal.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Employee and engagement. We are able to receive immediate feedback on how well we are doing and challenge each other to do better. Recognition is also fun since you can donate your points awarded to give out to those you were helped by or want to give an extra recognition to.

What do you like best about the product?

Everything is so delightful. I like that emojis and gifs are built in, I like reading other people's shoutouts, I like the ability to respond to shoutouts. It is a really cool platform.

What do you dislike about the product?

At first I wasn't patient and I didn't think that everyone was listed.. it takes a minute to populate everyone... Maybe there could be a button or a bubble that says thinking or looking... Now that I have figured it out I am good, but as a new user, that was a barrier to me.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

not any really, but it is a very engaging moral booster. I love that this is a resource at our company.

What do you like best about the product?

I love that we can get to recognize employees on a daily basis for taking actions aligned with our core values. Something that before would go without little to no recognition, now we can do a shoutout so the company knows. It's super simple to use, and the onboarding was quick and easy. Lastly a shoutout to their customer support. I have contacted them a few times, and they are quick to answer and provide a quick solution to my issue or question. I highly recommend Nectar!

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing that I can think ok right now. I know that there are some cool features that are behind a paywall, but we are happy with the ones we have!

What do you like best about the product?

Nectar is a wonderful tool for fostering a sense of community in the workplace. It really helps colleagues form friendships and connect with one another. I always enjoy the pleasant surprise of receiving a shoutout from someone—it makes the experience even more rewarding.

I can't think of anything I dislike. Nectar is a great tool.

Nectar has made it easier for staff across various departments to stay connected and social with one another.

What do you like best about the product?

I really appreciate the fill bar that indicates the type of shout-out I'm giving. It actually encourages me to share more with my coworkers!

I find that the app can be somewhat challenging to navigate on my phone. It definitely works better as a website.

Nectar addresses the challenge of feeling isolated while working from home. It provides a helpful way to connect with colleagues, giving you a reason to reach out and interact with your coworkers.

What do you like best about the product?

It is easy to send shoutouts and points. I like that the system tracks your activity.

What do you dislike about the product?

You cannot use point values in 5 point increments if you want to boost your giving total. I currently have 5 points to redeem however, the system will not allow me to transfer them to my giving amount.

It's beneficial because it's a good tool to promote team building and it helps with morale.

I really appreciate the ability to give shoutouts without using points. Sometimes, people just need to hear that they're doing a good job.

I wish the rewards were set a bit lower, as it currently takes quite a lot of effort to earn just one reward.

It provides recognition where it's truly deserved, and not only from management.

Simple way to recognize *and reward* teammates for going above and beyond.

Nothing I can think of - adding Costco as a vendor would be great!

It gives me a tangible and impactful way to thank my coworkers for their hard work while also providing them with recognition amongst their peers and leaders.

the best thing is there is alot of options and I think it is a great system I love it

I wish I had more points to buy gift cards and i think some points should be lowered so we can actually buy gift cards.

buying more things is how it is benefiting me and working harder to get more points

What I love best about Nectar is that it is very uplifting. You can give recognition without the nervousness and multiple colleagues notice what you bring to the program.

There is nothing to dislike truly. Nectar is needed for every program.

The problem Nectar is solving is that it ensures everyone is seen and heard. This benefits me because it makes me feel valued and important, as though I am part of a family that genuinely wants to see everyone succeed.

It's just fun. A nice way to connect with colleagues and co-workers; share some laughs, and recognize others...

Nothing comes to mind. Easy to use and simple to navigate.

Connection between Generation Z, Millennials, and Gen X...

What do you like best about the product?

How easy and quick it is to commend others for their assistance and hard work.

There need to be more of a selection outside of what is currently available.

People operate better with positive reinforcement and Nectar makes it easy to provide such reinforcement.

What do you like best about the product?

I appreciate that we can recognize coworkers from across the whole district, not just those in our own buildings. The gift cards are a nice extra perk as well. I love to go on the home page & see the thread of employees being recognized publicly for the little things that usually go unnoticed by most.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don't like that the points expire every month. I wish we could let them roll over in case we forget to gift them.
