I believe moral is boosted, when moral is up then everyone benefits.

I like being able to get items! I also like being able to share with others!

What I like most about Nectar is that we receive 50 Nectar points every month that we can use to recognize fellow employees with shout-outs and points. I recently redeemed my Nectar points for a $25 Visa gift card that I can use anywhere online or in store; the redemption process was quick and easy, and there are also plenty of great gift card options to choose from. On top of that, we get great discounts on hotels, sports, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have anything I dislike about Nectar.

Nectar helps our company by letting us give Nectar points to share with coworkers and recognize their work.

I quite like the fact that there's an inherent kindness to it. An app based off of thanksgiving, and collaboration. The look an feel is also comfortable, and welcoming.

So far, Nothing! It's great! I would like to see more coupons for different countries, but apart from that, it's amazing.

Inter-company relations. I'd say Nectar helps to remind you to be more thankful, and to share that with others.

So, the point is that you can only use it to reward your colleague. Your colleague can be recognized by us.

I think it helps bring some of the colleagues I’m working with on the same project closer, and makes it easier for us to collaborate more closely.

Additionally, it encourages engagement between teams that may not typically interact. Reporting and analytics could be more robust. While you can see general activity, more detailed insights into engagement trends or impact over time would help better measure usage and past recognition.

Nectar solves the problem of inconsistent or overlooked employee recognition by giving our team an easy-to-use platform to regularly acknowledge one another. Before using Nectar, recognition was more informal and often missed, but now it’s built into our daily workflow.

It's a quick and easy way to acknowledge your coworkers, keep your core values in front of you and have a little fun at the same time. The fact that it is integrated with Microsoft Teams helps save time and get those shoutouts delivered quickly.

In a fast-paced environment, it’s easy to forget to pause and show gratitude. With Nectar, I can quickly find coworkers, give points, and keep our core values front and center—all right at my fingertips. That makes it possible to do it now, instead of turning appreciation into a task that may or may not get prioritized, and leaving co-workers feeling unappreciated for their efforts. A simple “thank you” can sometimes go in one ear and out the other, but virtual yet tangible gifts tend to be remembered.

Nectar is fantastic for the versatility. You aren't confined to having to choose one certain kind of reward and there are choices for using e-gifts as well as physical gift cards, etc.

Truthfully, I don't have anything that I dislike about Nectar. I think our company has a setting that does restrict the exchange of Nectar points for rewards after a certain number have been redeemed, but I'm not sure if that is a Nectar setting or not. That would be the only thing!

Nectar helps immensely for my team since I have team members globally, so we are able to recognize everyone and use Nectar points as a way to do rewards that are equitable to the entire team!
