What do you like best about the product?

Enhances camaraderie among staff and encourages interaction among staff members. This is especially good for staff who may not otherwise interact on a person-to-person basis.

What do you dislike about the product?

No down sides per se, though users should take care to spread the reward points they give among as many staffers as possible to avoid perceptions of favoritism.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Allows me to go beyond just a simple "thanks" to a helpful coworker by offering a tangible reward.

What do you like best about the product?

We use points to tie recognition directly to our goals and expectations, which helps keep everyone aligned and motivated. We also use them for peer-to-peer recognition, so teammates can recognize each other, team up, and collaborate more easily.

What do you dislike about the product?

We are a multinational company, and in countries like MX there aren’t many options to redeem points. Even so, it still works very well for people over there.

The ability to recognize co-workers in a fun environment.

It was not very intuitive to use the first few times. The first time I used it I actually ended up giving away some of my personal points by mistake.

Being able to easily show appreciative for anyone at any level of the organization. It allows for a small gesture of kindness that really helps with morale.

Adding nominations makes it easy to reward others.

It's difficult to understand how many rewards I have at the moment

Being new, it's a great way to get to know your colleagues and give and receive recognition for things well done. The Gifs are really funny which makes it fun.

Nothing really - it's been great. I think it's a good things for companies to use.

I don't know that it solves problems but I think it prevents them by helping people work together.

Easy to navigate and quick updates after submitting a shoutout!

I really appreciate being able to celebrate my coworkers. I also love the different ways it lets us highlight our core values as a company.

Nothing negative so far. I definitely enjoy it, and it definitely serves the purpose it’s meant to.

Right now, it isn’t solving any problems for me. However, it is benefiting me by giving me a way to celebrate my team.

Easy to use, clean layout, and great variety of rewards to choose from.

I really enjoy how easy it is to give shout-outs to fellow co-workers. It’s a simple way to give them a little pick-me-up, whether that’s a gift of points or even just a welcoming and/or funny GIF.

I don’t have anything negative to say about Nectar. You’re great—thank you for providing such a helpful window for both employees and employers.

This is an easy way for coworkers to give accolades to other coworkers across the organization. It not only ensures the employee being recognized receives the recognition directly, but also allows that positive outreach to be seen and heard by supervisors, HR, and leadership.

I like how simple it is to recognize coworkers. It takes just a few seconds, and everyone can see and celebrate the recognition. The rewards are flexible and actually useful, which makes the whole system feel meaningful rather than gimmicky.

Nothing. The tool is easy to use and does as intended.

Nectar helps solve the issue of inconsistent recognition. Before, good work often went unnoticed or only got mentioned in passing. With Nectar, it’s easy for everyone to give quick, public appreciation, so people actually feel seen. It also keeps our team more connected, especially when we’re not all in the same place.

Sometimes it takes a while to accumulate enough points to cash out, and the redemption options can feel a bit limited depending on the offers available

Nectar helps address the challenge of gathering authentic customer feedback while rewarding users for their time. It benefits me by providing a simple way to share my opinions and earn points that can be redeemed for real value.

Nectar has a user-friendly interface, is fast, and offers top-notch support whenever you need it. I use the Nectarhr app, and it works perfectly with other apps.

I really like the program I’m using. It’s both easy and practical.

It’s really helpful in highlighting the team members who are doing the work.

Nectar helps the team to remain together as it is, it gives us the power to compliment out teamwork

I like that I can leave feedback for my colleagues and that everyone in the company can see it right away. Also, the application is very easy to use and very intuitive and also integrated into our company well.

I don't dislike anything about the Nectar system. It is really intuitive and easy to use, the use and application is very easy to do both with.

Employee Recognition. It provides a means for recognition of employees through a platform that all can be seen on.

I believe our 50 point balance is too low for each month but that may be determined by employer, otherwise no issues

As someone who is new to a company, it's a great way to learn who your colleague's are and what they do. It's also really great to start a job and right away have your colleagues give you feed back in a positive way after only being here a short time.

Nothing that I can think of right now. I think it's a good system.

I don't know that I would say it's solving problems and much as it prevents them through team building. It's always fun to see your co workers reactions to things and get the email in your own inbox that you've been recognized. It's also a great way to underscore the values of our company since we use them with a # for each time we send points to our coworker.

The options for rewards and incentives are really helpful. It is something I look forward to receiving. and the other discounts that are out there are very helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?

It is hard to access the benefits, you have to search too hard to get to the website. Or perhaps we haven't done a great job of sharing how to access all the benefits internally. Either way, better/easier access.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ease of use and ease of integration. I am unclear of what this question means.

I like that I can complete challenges and earn points to earnmoney.

I don’t like that the earning threshold is so low. At Carrier, I used a health platform called Personify, and I racked up around $500 just by getting healthier.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nectar is engaging me in completing activities that are connecting me to the company and that are good for me. It is essentially encouraging healthy good behaviors and connecting employees together.

It’s a really nice tool for interacting with my team and for recognizing everyone’s efforts and accomplishments. It also offers many different options that let us enjoy the benefits, and overall it’s very easy and intuitive to use.

What do you dislike about the product?

I feel like it could be more inclusive for remote teams, with more diversity in the benefits offered outside the USA.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Teams integration is great. It’s really nice to participate and see people interacting and recognizing each other’s achievements. Even when I’m working remotely, it still makes me feel like I belong.

Ease of use, also I think it helps with morale here at the store.

I have no real dislikes with Nectar that I have noticed.
