What do you like best about the product?

What I like best about Nectar is how easy and effective it is as an employee recognition platform. It’s very user-friendly, simple to implement, and integrates smoothly with existing workplace tools. The platform encourages frequent use by making recognition quick and engaging, while offering a strong range of features like peer recognition, rewards, and reporting. Additionally, the customer support team is responsive and helpful, making the overall experience smooth and reliable.

What do you dislike about the product?

While **Nectar** works very well overall, one area that could be improved is adding even more customization options for rewards and reporting to better fit different company needs. Sometimes, minor feature enhancements or additional flexibility in configurations would make the platform even more powerful. However, these are small improvements, and the overall experience remains very positive.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nectar solves the problem of inconsistent and infrequent employee recognition by making appreciation simple, structured, and part of everyday work culture. It eliminates the gap where good work often goes unnoticed and replaces it with a transparent, peer-driven recognition system. This benefits me by creating a more motivating and positive environment where efforts are acknowledged in real time, boosting morale, engagement, and overall team collaboration.

to give good feedback to fellow employees to show them appreciation AND get $ as well

all good, nothing i can think of to dislike about them

making sure the whole company sees their employees

Nectar is truly amazing and has created a platform that truly reflects appreciation with our team and throughout the business. Being able to recognize one another and convert those points to meaningful resources we can use is so powerful and appreciated! I wish more companies used Nectar!!!!

Literally NOTHING! Plenty of great options to convert points and an amazing UI!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am unaware of any issues nor have any qualms regarding Nectar.

Rewards are always fun and makes a person feel special when you are either giving them out or receiving them

You only get 50 points each month, even though you might want to give everyone a shout-out who has really helped you get through a tough day or helped you out in a situation.

Being more supportive.

It benefits by motivating our Branch employees to do a good job and get rewarded for their efforts

Nectar is great because it puts an incentive on recognizing others in your company for things they may not get recognition for. It also promotes camaraderie. It is very easy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?

There isn't anything that I dislike about nectar. The only thing and this may be specific to my company is that we have health incentives that are given out as nectar points. It would be nice to filter that out from the main page, with a company our size, sometimes it can get cluttered.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I think Nectar solves the problem of apprehension someone may have about recognizing someone else in the company face to face. It is a good way to recognize but also have incentive behind it. It benefits me because it is a tangible site and I make time to use it.

Giving points to my friends and using the links to read communication from my company

I cannot watch video communication from my company

I’m not sure it is solving any problems. If I was able to watch the video communication from my company it could be a good tool to use

Shout outs and the rewards help motivate employees to do good work.

Would be noce to have a bigger allowance to give out more nectar.

Motivating employees to give more attention to detail and hit deadlines.

Good system for tracking your workouts and earning points just for completing them. It helps maintain motivation and encourages you to stay consistent with your daily fitness activities.

The Gif selection is too small. I would like to see more variety or hosted by another app like gifs through Giphy.

It doesn't solve issues, just a place to give a friendly shoutout that everyone can see.

I like the variety of options available for redeeming points, and I feel they help with motivation, since work can sometimes be stressful

Some options are only available in the USA, and as a remote worker, I would like you to consider including other countries

In my personal case, I was able to buy a better office chair after receiving some points as a reward from my company. It was very rewarding to have Nectar so I could redeem the points and improve my workspace

Nectar gives everyone an opportunity to give shoutouts to peers and allows employees an opportunity to get gift cards to a vast variety of businesses.

I haven't encountered anything that has made me feel negative about Nectar.

It's giving an oppurtunity to applaud employees and celebrate them.

I don’t like the probationary period for new users. I feel that you should be able to award anyone as soon as you sign up, rather than having to wait.

What do you like best about the product?

Nectar is a user-friendly application that connects employees with one another, both within and outside my workspace. The points-based matrix is instrumental in making this happen because it motivates employees through team building and by letting us redeem points at different outlets of our choice. The variety of outlets available for using points is another reason I like the application. I’ve also connected with many of my colleagues through Nectar by celebrating their birthdays, work anniversaries, and the accomplishments they’ve achieved.

What do you dislike about the product?

Personally, I wouldn’t say there’s anything I dislike about the application. That said, there are still some areas for improvement, particularly around the app’s interface and revising the points-based matrix so it’s more achievable and easier to use across different outlets.

Nectar is helping solve challenges around networking and employee motivation within my organization. As employees connect through different accomplishments, it strengthens a culture of team-building and cohesion, and supports a safe, healthy work environment. Because people are able to network more, they also have the added benefit of earning points that can be redeemed at different outlets at any time, which further boosts employee motivation and morale.

IT brings our remote working team together to support each other and show appreciation even from a distance.
